The private tastings will take place around the Gathering Table in Woven's urban tasting room. Each experience will offer a flight of locally crafted wines paired with canapés, cheeses, charcuterie, and artisan chocolate in a menu curated by visiting guest Chef Shane Lyons. Participants will enjoy the opportunity to engage in an intimate conversation with Chef Lyons and local winegrower Elaina Spring as they weave together stories, personal insights, and a deeply rooted passion for their craft.
The pop-up tastings are scheduled in mid-December with tickets available for Thursday, December 12 through Sunday, December 15th. A vegan-friendly seating is scheduled for the afternoon on Sunday, December 15th and a sparkling wine focused tasting will occur later in that evening with special guest winemaker Michael Lundeen joining the table. Private group tastings are also available by request to elaina@wovenwineworks.com.
Bookings are limited to 12 guests aged 21 and older. Tickets start at $100 and can be purchased in advance online. A percentage of proceeds benefit the Assemblage Symposium, a non-profit organization aimed at the advancement, empowerment, and education of women and diverse communities in the wine industry.
